Black Magnesium Cases
These race-bred cases shave roughly 2.2 lbs compared to the standard version, significantly increasing agility. A clever nylon insert prevents coolant from contacting the magnesium, eliminating the risk of corrosion.
Enhanced Clutch (250/300cc)
The diaphragm clutch features an increased disk count (7 instead of 6). This provides a 20% increase in transmissible torque and consistent lever feel during intensive, high-RPM use.
Titanium Exhaust
The 250/300cc models feature a full titanium manifold that cuts over 1.1 lbs. Combined with a redesigned silencer, the system delivers more maximum power and snappier throttle response. » The 125cc model receives its own dedicated titanium system tuned specifically for small-displacement performance.
Industry First
Dual Spark System (300 2-Stroke Only): For the first time on a trial bike, the 300cc Factory model features a dual-spark engine head. This system—proven on Beta’s off-road race models—ensures more uniform combustion, reduces detonation, and provides smoother power at low revs.
Race-Tuned ECU
All Factory models feature modified ignition mapping to perfectly balance the increased flow from the new cylinder and exhaust systems.
Factory Front Fork
Features a TiN (Titanium Nitride) gold coating for ultra-low friction and a 10mm narrower tube spacing for better feel. New double-compression damping allows for better support on big hits while reducing "pitching" to maintain traction.
Dedicated Rear Shock
The shock features a larger aluminum body and a new mounting position. Combined with the Factory linkage, the rear end is more progressive, simplifying "floating" techniques and absorbing massive impacts with ease.
Billet Triple Clamps
Blue anodized CNC-machined clamps save 100g and offer adjustable handlebar positioning (forward/rearward) to customize the rider cockpit.
