I had noticed a used motorcycle, that I was in the market for, at this dealership and another similar bike at another dealership. By the time I had test rode the bike at the other dealership, it was going on closing time at Gateway BMW. I called ahead and they said they would stay open until I got there and then let me test ride the bike. I got there at closing time, they had the bike ready and let me ride it. I liked the bike and wanted to buy it right then to avoid another trip. The salesman, documentation lady and safety inspection tech all stayed after hours to satisfy everything I needed to ride the bike home – and that was for a USED bike!

Service that was above and beyond nice is what will keep me going back to Gateway BMW!
